Die Qualität der Berliner S-Bahn nimmt im gleichen Ausmaß ab, wie die Fahrkartenkontrollen zu. So kann es passieren, das die Fahrkartenautomaten Geldscheine weder annehmen noch wieder herausgeben. Mir gerade am S-Westhafen passiert, Geldschein(neue 5 Euroscheine) futsch, keine Fahrkarten erhalten. Beschwerde auf Bahnhof nicht möglich- das ist Nahverkehrsqualität made in Berlin, da ist es egal wenn die Seite einen anderen Eindruck erwecken will. Quality of Berlin S-Bahn is becoming more and more unacceptable meanwhile ticketsupervision rises-lot of technical malfunctions on S-Bahn and U-Bahn.

Der Kundenservice auf der Webseite ist super, wäre schön wenn es außerhalb des Internets auch zu zuverlässig wäre.

This website exists to market and inform passengers about the S-Bahn sections of the BVG public transport network in Berlin, Germany. However, I would recommend ***** above this site for information about public transport in Berlin since both the S Bahn and U-Bahn, as well as the trams and buses, are run as a coordinated system by the BVG which supervises all those modes as an integrated system, with a common fare structure etc.
