Is safelinkwireless.com Safe?

Unprofessional and incompetent. They do not verify registered emails, they allow someone else to register my email without aby sort of verification. They do not provide any contacts in their spam emails. They do not handle standard addresses like abuse@ and support@. I found the Unsubscribe link in the last spam email they sent me, but it did not work, displaying some error. As I said, unprofessional and incompetent.

it took me three phone calls to reach a real human.I needed. to wait 48 hrs. than call another number to fill out a ***** get lost or stolen phone replaced.I was advised I would have to wait another 7 to 10 days to maybee get a replacment phone shipped.needless to say after being a custumer for yrs I excpected a lot better satisfaction.

I currently am in a position where I had to get rid of my normal cell and house phone due to finacial troubles. I didn't know how I was going to have potential jobs call me till I found out about Safelink Wireless. Basicly when you sign up you have to be recieving government help, like masshealth (or other government supplied healthcare), foodstamps, etc. They give you the cheapest availible tracfone and like 80 free minutes a month as long as you qualify. I am very thankful that this service exists.
