The majority of the site is safe (and safe-for-work), but be careful: there is a section of the site that contains porn and shock site material, including a mirror of Last Measure.

It's mostly informational. I'm not sure why it has so much orange in WOT, but I think it's because of a word used in the site. But except for that word, I don't see any problem. Anyway, that word just makes the page...funny.

Nothing wrong here, as mentioned it unfortunately inherits the bad rep of zoy.org. sam.zoy.org is however completely safe.
