Is sanareva.co.uk Safe?

Order never turned up apparently courier attempted 4 deliveries and after asking for a refund they tried again and delivered it but I never received it now refusing to give a refund unless I send them a hand written confirmation I have not received it and won’t except my email also asked for a copy of my NIE which I have sent them clearly do not want to refund me , also told me it’s my fault I choose the delivery company which was one they offered. Terrible company I think the worst I have ever dealt with DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!

NEVER EVER BUY IN SANAREVA!! FRAUD NEVER EVER BUY IN SANAREVA!!! TERRIBLE !! FRAUD I am deeply concerned about this company. They send me an email of confirmation for my order few minuts after do the shopping. A day after i had and email ASKING FOR A PICTURE OF MY PASSPORT AND A PROOF OF ADRESS. My shopping was a nail's kit of 30 pounds... Can someone explain why a company need my passport for buy a nail's kit? It is the first time that any place for shopping online ask me for this documents (just banks do it when you open an account online) , i use to buy online in Amazon, Ebay, Boots, Asda , Superdroug..etc Sometimes i did spend even 200 pounds in one order, and never in my entire live any company ask me for private documents.
