Is sanrense.com Safe?

Ordered 4 dresses from Sanrense in June 2019. They did not fit and were not very good quality. They say they allow returns and refunds. See their response below: Hello First, i am sorry to hear the size did not fit. We are Asian size so there will little difference. We support exchange while u need bear the shipping fee, it’s not worthy, because it wastes time and money, u need wait long time to ship it back, and not sure it will return back successfully. So we did not suggest you return it back. We refund $20 to you. How about you resell the item to someone else who fits it? I ordered a few things from this site. It shipped within a week or two after order and they sent a tracking number. But then it didn't actually leave China for a few weeks, so it took over a month to get it. But I got all of my stuff and it all came in good condition, and I'm really happy with all of it. Cheaper than a lot of the other websites that sell the same stuff, and not a scam so yay :D

Ordered a jacket for my daughter who wears a Med. in all clothing 1x Deer Embroidery Bomber Jacket (M-L) SE8828 - M / black. Although it says M-L, the jacket came as a Medium. Although I measured her to their chart, the sleeve cuffs were at her forearm. I requested an exchange because the jacket was cute, but they offered me a $15 credit instead. The jacket cost me $32 plus $12 shipping. Their responses cut and pasted from their e-mails: "Hi Mandy here for help . Thanks for purchase on our website . I am sorry to hear that the size did not fits your daughter very well . Our store support exchange while you need pay the shipping fee . If you want to ship back , it will waste your time and money. Here i have suggestion , how about i offer you a gift card " $15.00" off , you can use the code for your next purchase. You can sale the jacket to your friend or sale on internet . How ?" My response: Since I've spent $44.00 on this jacket already between the price of the jacket and the shipping fee, offering me a $15.00 gift card is an insult. Why would I do that when I can ship this back to you for about $15.00 and get a jacket that fits her. Just send me the information so I can send it back. Them: "i just give you a suggestion . you sure you want to ship it back ? you need pay the shipping fee back ." Me: Yes, I want a jacket that fits. So....I guess they got me for $44.00. I looked on their site and they only have 2 sizes , Med and Large. Since the Medium was sized for a US toddler, I don't believe anything less than an XL would fit a true American Medium sized child. If your child is a medium or larger, they probably don't have a size for her. Buyer Beware with this company. You will lose your money, and have nothing to show for it.
