Is saturn.de Safe?

I visited this huge German electronics chain store hoping to get some great deals on electronics and appliances. I mean, how hard can it be, right? Spoiler alert: very hard. It's like they've tossed "great service" out the window. Staff looked like they'd prefer to watch paint dry than help me. Meanwhile, I was just trying to look for a microwave that doesn't look like it time-traveled from the 90s. Save your time, people. Unless you can cope with the thrill of receiving absolutely no assistance at all, steer clear!

I loved the convenience of in-store pick-up, which made grabbing my online orders a breeze. The staff was super friendly and helped me find exactly what I needed. Highly recommend checking them out!

Saturn has a nice range of electronics, but I’ve run into issues with their online stock not matching what’s actually in the store. It really can be a hassle when you’re trying to buy something. Es wurde für meine 75 jährige Mutter eine Spülmaschine inkl allem Service und Anschluss für 99 Euro dazugekauft. Es kamen 2 Leute via Hermes, die sagten, es wäre zu viel Arbeit und fuhren wieder weg. Jetzt sollen wir trotzdem noch 50 Euro für die Nurlieferung bezahlen. FINGER WEG BETRUG!
