Criminals. Or, they host criminals. I've logged attempts to break-in to SSHD, using root id on several ports, from IP# ***** This IP is for "scalableDNS", which hides its whois information, company appears to be: "Enzu Inc", cloud services entity, based in Calif, Nevada, Arizona, etc. Unclear where this IP# originates from. Attempt to log into my server, Nov. 21, 2016 using "root" account, on SSH2 port 57255, at 15:56:05 EST.

Hosts spammers. Have now firewalled ***** permanently, there is nothing of value here, the spammers/scammers have poisoned the well. Spamcop reports there is no spam reporting address Spammer hosted: ***** *****

I have tracked "AMS market research" scam/spam to this ISP, which is also anonymous in its registration - highly suspicious. Still spamming as of this date for air conditioning services.

BudgetVM / Enzu Inc's abuse department ignores abuse complaints and rotates the high volume spammers / criminals it allows to operate on its network from IP address to IP address to avoid blacklists.
