Very questionable online business model. They lure users in by creating PayPal "sucks" type of websites. I would not trust this website. You can also find rouge downloads that are recommended by this website such as Spyware Nuker.

A section of the site lists a bunch of alternatives, and compares them to PayPal. The only downslide of the site is they seem to push one alternative in particular, Merchantinc.com. However, they do list a several alternatives, and discuss the pros and cons of each. Oddly, Google Checkout isn't one of them. It's rather new, and perhaps the site isn't updated regularly.

A lot of people don't realize PayPal routinely holds seller's money and freezes their accounts. Basically, they make it pretty much impossible for them to ever be left holding the bag. They keep enough of your money, long enough so that even if a bunch of your (normally perfectly happy) customers suddenly start alleging fraud, they have enough of your money to not lose out. They do this even if you have never had any customer issues at all. I know that from personal experience. From reading sites like this, I'm thoroughly convinced that: 1) It's normal for them to hold/freeze accounts more often, and for longer periods if you have minimal issues, like the occasional chargeback. 2)You won't get your disputed payment money if there's a chargeback even if you have great evidence that you've fulfilled the order in question flawlessly. 3)If there are serious customer problems, they'll probably keep all your money forever. Wikipedia, which only allows documented claims in its articles describes and documents many such cases.

This website features on a large list of "gripe" sites. As this list is very old (possibly many, many years, although there are some relatively new sites on this list) many of these websites no longer exist or are now inhabited by cyber-squatters.

The site advertises a known scam, but most of the information is true.
