I am dropping my rating of it down a notch for some of it's methods and physical design problems- including a frequently broken captcha that can render scans nearly useless unless you pay for credits.
There are too many competitors doing a better job that I would go to instead.
EDIT:
My faith in them is eroding. After many seemingly false positives I now view them with more skepticism.

They blacklist security-related websites that publish news about security incidents (with relevant links to hacked sites) and articles with step-by-step analysis of injected / obfuscated code (with relevant code excerpts). So they are indirectly helping the scumbags and prevent distribution of security knowledge.

Sorry to disagree with some of the other raters.
The site is poorly crafted and you would have to commit fully to them
to get the information you desire to protect your browsing safety.
The unrelenting demand for Java and CSS will stop you or it will
crash your browser. Safety does not have to be compromised in
order to be safe - it is an oxymoron of a website.
