Lastly, they will ask you to fill out countless online forms on their site, which will result in them saying “wait for an answer” or “refer to our terms of service”. Horrible management, customer service, and company overall. Will never do business with them again. Good riddance.

The price infation what totally spolls the experience. Incident: I was planning to buy 'Forza Horizon 4 and 3 Ultimate Editions Bundle (XBOX/PC)', but the price inflation on this site is way too high, earlier the price was 2500 INR and from that amount, it has now risen to 3100 INR, and I don't know how more the price is going to increase in the upcoming days. Came to this site to buy a game time card, paid with PayPal, and was told that they verify the identify of people ordering over PayPal. I can understand they want to be "safe", but then they asked for: - Government ID, front and back, okay. - Credit Card, front and back, okay. - as well as - and here it comes - a bank statement showing my address, and my current bank account balance. Requested a refund, and looked around a bit on the Internet - apparently they are involved in selling in-game currencies for real money (which is against the terms of service of many games, including the ones they sell the currency for - now that I see WoT, they even advertise that here in the description), as well as spamming online games with links to their website.
