Users think they are getting free answers to computer questions from experts. Than, the site requests your credit card information and expects money for the service, which is not disclosed when first visiting the site. A Yellow Trustworthiness rating from me for Caution. I would recommend other safe and very effective on-line computer help sites, over justanswer.com. One great help site is the free techguy.org. That forum is wonderful, and has assisted me for about fifteen years.

Waste of my fucking time, typed a very long question that you thought hard and long and asked many people and at the end it wants you to pay when its so easy to answer and thousands of site provide it! it should had told at first before wasting anybody's time and effort that its not answering for free!

How come every single comment on this site is negative yet it still shows up with a "Good" rating on the WOT icon in Firefox?

I submitted a questions and got a complicated answer, but it didn't solve the problem. Later I found out they were taking $38 monthly out of my credit card as a "subscription" which I had not signed up for. The instructions for cancelling did not match what was actually onscreen, and after a lot of clicking around I found a way to send an email to customer service. I recommend avoiding use of this site.

Filled all spaces for "justanswer.com" including credit card. After completing request, popup says my request for help with RCA product was "denied " and I should email them or start over.-----Scam to get your card # and leave you hanging in ring-around -the-the rosy? I better not see a charge on my bank statement!!!

Doubt you'll actually get any advice, they just want money. Hire an actual professional.
