Is seerinteractive.com Safe?

For years SEO companies were instrumental in spamming links for their clients everywhere and once google started cracking down on their link spamming these so-called SEO experts went into reverse and started sending threatening emails to the very sites who had been victims of the SEO industries link spam campaign. They threaten to report the sites that have been victimized by the SEO industries' link spam to google's disavow list if they don't immediately remove the links (which the SEO companies and their clients spammed on the victims sites). Below is an email I received from some clown named "Helen Wilkerson" at Seer Interactive (in the email she pretended to be a representative of her client's firm and didn't even mention that she worked for seerinterative...that I found out later when I contacted her client and they told me "Helen Wilkerson" worked for their SEO agency Seer Interactive) "My name is Helen and I am reaching out from xxxxxx. I am getting in touch with you because we noticed that xxxx is linking to xxxxxx. We are unsure of why this link is there and we would really appreciate your cooperation in taking down all links pointing to xxxx." I love the "we are unsure of how the link got there" bit when I have proof (as in an IP address that matches her client's corporate IP adress) that the link was spammed on our site by her client's company TL;DR: "SEO experts" and so-called "internet marketers" like Seer Interactive are a waste of money. People should use the money they presently waste on these SEO scammers on improving the content of their websites. Content is king if you want a higher rank in google, not the SEO tricks that Internet marketers like Helen and Seer Interactive play when they and other "SEO experts" try to game google's rankings..
