Is seniorstore.com Safe?

Had to waste my time removing the link that this company spammed on our website. "To the Owner of Domain Name: xxxxxx I am the webmaster of the ***** web site. We are writing to request that you delete any links that you might have to this site. The links we have found from your site to ours are listed below. We do not believe that there are any other links, but if there are, please delete them. The reason that we are asking you to delete these links is because of a recent change to the Google page rankings algorithm which is code-named Penguin. We have recently been penalized by Google because we have too many links from too many other sites. This may affect you in two ways: 1. Because your site links to our penalized site, it may also be hurting your site's rankings to continue to link to ours. 2. If the links are not removed, we can use Google's Disavowal Tool. The downside of that is your site may receive a Google penalty in the future if you have multiple other sites disavowing you. If there is any way you could remove these links from your site to ours, it would be a HUGE help to our site, and also possibly yours.
