Is seocentro.com Safe?

Good site but the PP is juridical not "waterproof", better said it's leaking. The site says they don't use cookies except for the ones by the swallowing Google monster. And then this strophe in the PP ! WTF is this !!! Citing : "We also use third party advertisements on SEOCentro to support our site.
