Made one of the biggest mistakes of my life using this company. Got a quote for a service and ended up paying about 5 times more. Would never arrange anything to do with my car over the net again and most definitely not with this company. Don't just take my word for it, do a search on the net for the experience of others. Flushing out your engine seems to be a popular but quite unnecessary procedure most of the garages they use perform, probably because they don't actually make much money out of Service Stop.
