Is serw.clicksor.com Safe?

This site was recently compromised and since it is running an outdated version of WordPress it may be compromised again. The site is now clean - it has a SiteAdvisor Green rating - but it previously contained redirects to sites controlled by the Russian Business Network. Google Safe Browsing reports that it has served to infect a large number of other sites - 326 in all; malicious software included 216 trojans, 58 exploits, and 16 scripting exploits. (http://www.google.com/safebrowsing/diagnostic?site=serw.clicksor.com) urlquery shows an Intrusion Detection Alert for this site from a known Russian Business Network IP address (http://urlquery.net/report.php?id=2387849) The site has now been cleaned up but was redirecting traffic to two malware sites (http://urlquery.net/report.php?id=1618130, ***** There are reports in a number of forums of infection by "serw.clicksor.w32" but it is not clear exactly what this is.
