This appears to be a safe and useful site, owned by Microsoft. Microsoft needs to make sure that reporting for any content on their sites is easy and follow up accordingly.

Портал от Microsoft для создания корпоративных сайтов для документооборота предприятия. Также этот домен используется для предоставления пользователям корпоративного облака (OneDrive). Тот кто пожаловался ранее (sir1963), видимо, этого не знает - он сослался на какой-то файл, который кто-то разместил у себя в облачном хранилище, теперь WOT блокирует целый домен и много-много корпоративных сайтов на этом домене (на домене третьего уровня).
