Long story short - 3x charges without my consent were applied on my card within 3 days of a FREE trial. Thank God I don't keep all my money on my main account so there were declined XD no luck for them haha You can't delete a payment method from the account, and cancelling a membership is not user-friendly, it is complicated. In my opinion, it is a coaching scam scheme ( ref: ***** ) but a very smart one. Because when you join free trial you have to spend more to access more knowledge. NOT WORTH IT! Also if the representative calls you AND said that he is from shaw academy and there to make sure everything is alright - do this: either do not continue that conversation OR listen to ABSOLUTELY EVERY WORD THEY SAY AND MAKE HIM SPEAK SLOWLY S L O W L Y AS WELL AS REPEAT HIMSELF WHEN HE STARTS TO PLAY MIND TRICKS WITH YOU to confuse you that you stop following him, straight away slow him down, NO MATTER HOW AWKWARD IT FEELS or while on the call, insist that he send the email right now (not after the call) while you are on the call with you and you will continue only after that email arrive, to prove he is who he says or keep rescheduling the conversation until the trial ends (SCAM THE SCAMMERS, it's fun) or keep conversation no longer than 10 sec or anything else that comes to your mind. immediate 2x declined payment happened after that call because I did not hear him properly talking something and because agreed to talk outside the convenient moment. Web site is buggy and hangs meaning you can end up being drawn into clicking on content and then being charged. Cannot cancel online. Will offer you extended free membership if you manage to get through on the phone and do anything to stop you from cancelling and will not offer you a refund, allow to to make a complaint, escalate the issue, or speak to a manager.
