Is sheinside.com Safe?

I've ordered twice from this site, other users may not trust it due to the fact that it is a China based website and the assistance from the staff through emails isn't very clear in english and shipping takes weeks. Obviously your package will not arrive in 3-5 business days if it is being shipped from China, shipping will vary from person to person because your package may be sitting in customs for up to a week even! That's the biggest complaint i've seen about this site. If users took the time to realize that this shop isn't right around the corner and that you have to deal with economy shipping plus waiting for customs to get through your pacage obviously thats quite a wait.

Suspicious website. No address ist given. Even not clear what country they operate from. I presume 'China', otherwise why would they hide it? Then read this: Q：Will I have to pay sales tax? A：We will send out your parcel as a "gift" and mark the value in low, but we can't promise no sales tax. That makes the receiver a tax fraudster which can bring fines in some countries. What is wrong with a proper invoice with all items listed and a clear value? AVOID THEM!

I also had a very good experience with sheinside. I bought two items from there and got them in exactly the time limit they gave me. As for the one size point, I checked the measurement and everything looks fine on me. Most of the stuff isn't very pricey so it's very good to find clothes on a budget. Plus some article have pictures from buyers themselves. You can check out how the items will look on many types of people if you want to make sure it will fit you.

I've ordered from SheInside several times and I've never had any problems; my items were always shipped quickly and whenever I've contacted customer service they've been prompt to respond and helpful. When you order clothing online, it's your responsibility to check the measurements of the clothing to ensure it will fit you; it is common sense. Since I do this, everything has fit me and I've been very satisfied!

Where is the Trust coming from??? - Use these sites with caution, do not become their next victim. - Fully read the "Warnings" and "Membership Terms and Conditions" *=* Note: Major Security/Trust Seals/Icons commonly used by: BBB .org, McAfee, Thawte, TRUSTe, Trustwave, UpFront, VeriSign/Norton, and others should all have URL's linked to those Icon's. When clicked the URL should "Open" the "relevant sites Certificate or verification page"!!! If they don't, they are FAKE!!! *-* Sites that do not subscribe to the Norton VeriSign, McAfee Secure, or other Trust/Secure services try to fool consumers/visitors by placing a stolen copy of the trustmark/seal on their website in order to give the appearance of "Trust" and "Security". This practice is called “Scraping.” *~* Why would you trust a site that needs to knowingly Steal Trust Seals? Which of course sounds nothing like how a legitimate and reputable company would do business! DO NOT BUY FROM SHEINSIDE. I can't fathom how this company is running at ALL. I ordered a shirt ( http://www.sheinside.com/Rose-Pink-Hollow-Ripped-Rivet-Batwing-Cotton-T-Shirt-p-96878-cat-1738.html ) from here and had THE WORST online shopping experience I've ever had. I paid $15 for 2-5 day delivery. Only after purchase was I informed of a 7-10 day processing period. The tracking service did not work and could not be translated into english. It arrived an entire month later. When the shirt eventually arrived I was met with extreme disappointment as not only did the shirt not fit, it was not as pictured. Yes, it was the correct shirt, but the pictures on the website do not accurately show what the shirt looks like. The rivets are sewn on loosely, the batwings are cuffed with a mere 5.5" opening for the wrist, the neckline is circle like a tight fitting tshirt and the length is only 50cm, when described as 63. 13cm doesn't sound like much, but bare in mind that 50cm is only 19.6 inches; being large chested (48.5"inches, 34HH) and with a short torso, the shirt didn't so much as cover my navel. The picture shows the shirt well below hip line, almost mid thigh. The website didn't dictate how long the shirt was until I complained. The stitching had already unravelled on the sleeve by the time it arrived. I contacted customer service "--Please leave your questions as soon as possible, we will give you the letter by standing in reply. ". that should have been a huge warning that I wasn't going to get very far. That, or that they spell "want to" as "wanner" or "please" as "pls". I was told to send pictures of the shirt to verify my claim. I sent 2 pictures, one including a tape measure. I was told that they have viewed my pictures and that I could use a tape measure to test the length of the shirt. The only thing they saw wrong with my claim was that the shirt appeared to be a different color than described. I strongly doubt they looked at the pictures. After much back and forth where I told them everything wrong with my order, including that I noticed they'd removed the tag before forwarding it to me, I was told that I could only recieve a 60% refund, and that I'd have to pay for the return of the shirt. OR that I could send the shirt to someone else and pay sheinside a further $20 to reinburse them before they sent me a replacement size (without refund.). I was also told that "one size" means they only stock one size of the product. It doesn't mean "one size fits all up to this measurement". I was bluntly told it was my fault that I was unhappy with the shirt. I have since read hundreds of reviews with a similar experience. DO NOT BUY FROM SHEINSIDE.
