Is shenker.com Safe?

This site is useful to me, and benign. It seems that it has incurred in consequences caused by hosting provider (aruba.it) bad behaviour pratices, see also (as now) there are hundred of other sites in the very same situation. Based on ***** page linked on next row, it seems that ***** "standard" practices are somewhat like recycling IP and PTR records and leaving PTR disconnected (not resolving) for the hosted sites.
