I thought they were pretty good at first but I've had too many issues with orders not going through but the payment still being taken.
The problem is Shopto have taken too long to sort things out that I have missed out on their deals and deals elsewhere due to this.

I have been ordering from this site since 2009 and have ordered on average six items a year. Every item has arrived quickly and without problems. I phoned thier customer services once when I could not open a download code and they were very polite and dealt with my problem straight away. I have had no problems with my card details on this site.

Dont know why there are 18 red alerts, have ordered on this site before via direct debit and got it at release day with no problem, now you can pay by PayPal so its more secure. Havent sold anything on this site but have purchased many things with no issues.

Terrible treatment of sellers on the site. Taking money from secondhand sales of private sellers and not crediting sellers accounts. Dodgy business.
