Is showgirlzexclusive.com Safe?

Ordered products from their store site, billed the following day. Delivery was to be 4-6 weeks, received nothing during that time. After multiple attempts to contact customer service (there's no link on store site - had to go to main site...) I was told that it had been shipped but they don't track shipments. The head of the company first said he would "check on it" then after being reminded by another email, indicated that they would be willing to resend the items with tracking. A week later I requested status of the order and was told it went out "yesterday". I then requested the tracking information and have not received that info (after multiple requests). I've requested a refund for the amount billed and now after 12 weeks since my original order, still have received nothing. I've submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau regarding this matter and believe that they have stolen my money.
