Is sierratradingpost.com Safe?

It was the small print warning that I ignored that "Sierra Trading Post reserves the right to MODIFY the order..." I wrote asking for some attention to this and my order, but this was after the fact...and of course, they never responded. Once they have your money you never know what you will receive...RIDICULOUS!!!

A DREAM ONLINE SELLER. Wonderful service. Very good prices. I ordered around 10 sweaters, shoes, and other things from this US site to Europe. Everything got processed promptly and all my emails were answered very fast and professionally. The goods arrived in due time, about 10 days. Returns couldn't have been simpler: pack all up, add explanation of returns and ship away. My Credit Card was was almost immediately refunded when they received the returns. Can't ask for anything else. Wish all would have this level of service. Thank you!

A+ cite! Purchased a designer's jacket with regular retail price of $430 for less than $200 (including shipping). Guys from Sierra offer incredible deals, believe me, I know how to save on shopping. Just go to retailmenot and search for their coupons. BTW, they offer fast shipping too.

Sierra Trading Post has been one of my favorite shops for a decade, both the Reno store and the website. They offer unusual products, usually seconds, closeouts, or overstock; mostly from reputable manufacturers. Returns have never been a hassle, even when it was my fault that I ordered the wrong thing. I was particularly surprised to see PHung's Spam blacklist comment and I wish to know what got STP onto the blacklist because I've received their e-mail ads for years, I'd hardly call it "spam" - although a week doesn't go by without one of their ads appearing in my inbox.
