Of course, the site is G rated in the Movie-sense, however, make a tempestuous child angry on the wrong day, with access to this program, and you could end up with a very badly injured computer. This is a Power Tool, and one that I trust and wouldn't be without

The good: it enhances the native abilities of Ccleaner.
The bad: it causes Ccleaner to run much slower.
The ugly: the site owner made a point and I changed my review, then he continues to badger me with continued intimidation and did not even read through my review, so I deleted all the material in question and all that is left is my OPINION of him and his site and his product.

Excuse me? You initially posted a review citing "ethical issues" claiming that CCEnhancer could not be uninstalled. You then amended your post making note of your error once it was (politely) explained that CCEnhancer is a portable application that is not installed.
Now suddenly your complaint has changed to "intimidation from site owner?" It's fairly obvious that you're just looking for an excuse to leave a negative review. It's a shame spammers like you are so driven to ruin a great resource like WOT.
