Is site5.com Safe?

This company provides some of the worst support I have ever experienced, which was not support at all. Before purchasing a hosting plan, I contacted their live chat support, and asked these 3 simple questions: Message: 1. What special effects does your site builder offer for text, and pics? 2. Page Transitions will not work in a Firefox browser? 3. Can I use a blank page to build my website, or must I use a template? Their response was: Hi Artie There are a load of tutorials available on the SiteBuilder website ***** Hopefully these will be of great help to you! Thanks, Graham Craig Support Specialist, ***** In other word, we don't know what it can do, you will have to look yourself. My reply was "So is that your way of saying that you simple don't know? Wow, thanks for the heads up." I and so glad that I did not purchase hosting for this site. Terrible service.
