Is sitnsleep.com Safe?

I went online and order a Serta Firm Mattress, you can not try it out because they only stock the really expensive stuff at the store. They shipped it to the store and I went to pick it up, it was wrapped in plastic and the salesman said he couldn't set it up to try it. I got it home, unwrapped it and was shocked how bad it was. When you sit on it you hit bottom and it is nowhere near firm. It seemed like a kmart special. I called the store to return it. They said I had to wait 30-45 days and then I could only exchange it. They also said I could not return it to the store where I got it. (It has been less than 12 hours since I bought it) and I would have to wait a week or more once I go to the store and pick a mattress form their limited and most expensive inventory. Obviously I needed a bed and can;t wait while they decide to take back crap. The store had me call customer service who was very rude and basically said "you get what you paid for" as I explained the mattress doesn't match the description online. Bottom line I had to do a charge back on my CC and I went and bought an Aireloom mattress for about 1/3 what they had similar mattresses for. They simply could have apologized for selling crap, tld me to bring it back and exchange it for something better, but nope... they copped an attitude, lost a client and got me to write about this poor experience.
