From a professional perspective, it's brilliant marketing but very bad programming. Beware.

This company has helped a group of US Navy vets like me go from overweight to fit men again. I had signed up with this program and website when we were looking for a challenge to take. We all agreed to the terms and EACH of us were given outstanding treatment. Emails and personal attention from personal trainers for a small monthly fee? YES!! Multiple diets in one program? Sign me up again! I can't wait for the follow up to this program.

Hi, dear followers...better don't buy anything from this site. I have tried it out, it didn't help me, the advices aren't "special" or "magical" and I have problems getting my money back from them. They have only given me half of the money back since now. I don't recommend paying for this site or anything on it. Mike Chang's fitness channel on youtube may be good, but on the site he always wants to sell you stuff that shall help you improve your results. I have even bought the after burn fuel, but it even tasted illegal and chemical. Furthermore did the customs hold this product because they were sure that there are illegal chemicals in it. I could convince them that there aren't, but after testing it I would say that this fact could be true. The customer service isn't good, too. I have written like 100 e-mails until they got that I want my money back. My feeling is that they get a low budget for their job and don't want to waste so much effort in it as a result. I don't feel like understood. In the end I hope that this helps people later that they avoid this site and that they don't buy anything on it.

It's a scam lol. If you go to http://sixpackshortcuts.com/clean/faqs#1 and see where it says "Here's a video I made with my friend Shannon", if you watch the actual video he calls her Virginia, and she even looks like she knows it's a lie. Guys, if you want to get rock hard abs just do the work, and I hate to break it to you but it will require dieting and cardio. Both of which he mentions, those are about the only true things he says and they're all common sense. :) You don't need to spend money on special training programs just to get abs. :)

This guy keeps going on about the "afterburner effect" for over an hour and keeps baiting and baiting you but never actually shows you any techniques that he claims worked for him.

I know that guy ever since Youtube. He's been giving out some good tutorials with a lot of explanation. I really recommend him, he's got really good reviews! Other than that quit your shit about 'OH DAMN IT'S FAKE', just shut the fuck up and try it out.

sixpackshortcuts.com is a useful and informative sit as it gives nutrition tips and workout suggestions WITHOUT even to PAY A SINGLE CENT! He has a YouTube channel which shows workouts that have undergone research and not blindly copying others. It's very strange on why people rate their website as "unsafe".

""GENERALLY EXPECTED RESULTS FROM OUR SIX PACK SHORTCUTS AND OTHER MIKE CHANG FITNESS PRODUCTS: Although our products are intended to be fully implemented, and we work hard to ensure it's easy to do so, the typical user of virtually all education products treats them in much the same way they treat a book. The vast majority read or skim through it once, then do not implement the program or take any action based onit. The results of such education are intangible, and not measured in fat loss, muscle gain, abdominal definition, or other positive results of any kind. And even when consumers implement our product in full, more often than not they do not report increases in fat loss, muscle gain, abdominal definition, or other positive results of any kind. Reports of specific fat loss, muscle gain, abdominal definition, or any positive results of any kind should therefore be understood as the exception rather than the rule. Consumers who use our products can generally expect not to see any increase in fat loss, muscle gain, abdominal definition, or positive results of any kind. It is entirely possible you will gain fat, lose muscle, lose abdominal definition, and experience other negative outcomes as a result of the advice contained in our products.""

I'm actually using the program and eating system, and it definitely works if stuck to properly. As for those who claim that it's "fake" due to the disclaimer, I can understand what your getting at, but quite simply any paid for exercise program has a disclaimer like this, it doesn't mean it doesn't work, it's just in place in order to make sure that the individual or company that have produced the program aren't liable and can't be touched if someone claims that it's fake because it didn't work for them. Also, as many people point out, you could put the program & and the eating system together yourself, but many people simply do not have the time or interest in order to learn the sports science needed to do that. Furthermore, programs like this are simple and easy to use, and I myself was quite impressed by the eating systems simplicity, once again minimising the time you actually have to care about them. So, basically, when you purchase a program like this, your not purchasing the results, or even a guarantee of results, your purchasing the correct information in order to gain results. As for the "shortcut", the word shortcut is purely being used in order attract a wider audience, although slightly misleading, this doesn't mean the program doesn't work quickly, it just means that it's based on solid scientific information & hardwork. Shortcut implies that quick way out, an easier way, but although the workout side of the program is simple to implement, it's not easy in terms of working hard, you have to put in the work to get the results. I get a feeling that a lot of people feel discouraged from purchasing Six Pack Shortcuts because the poster site is done up pretty cheaply, hell, I was, it just seems to look a bit "scamish" Sources - I'm on the program - I've tried a few other programs such as The Abs Diet - Much time spent reading sport science related info from places like Men's Health.

FAKE from pictures to theory and testimonies! Just read the DISCLAIMER.

Mike's YouTube channel is here ***** I don't see why his website, https://www.sixpackshortcuts.com is any dangerous? He only gives out advices to people who seek for a slimmer and muscular body. Unless you have tried it, don't rate websites falsely.
