While the site is legitimate, the fact that you have to call in to cancel is annoying. If you're really trying to watch your credit, try myfico instead.

If you never contacted these people and emails show up in your email account and you never agreed to receive it or have any form of contact or contract with them and they use 3rd party email marketers who are from India or Mexico and they use fraudulent emails for unsubscribe. WHAT DO YOU CALL IT? IT IS CALLED SPAM.

Email harassers.

After using this site for over a year it has been of great help to me in letting me see who is looking at my credit report and helping me improve my credit rating, I give it a 5 star rating. It does generate spam either. That must be its competitors trying to hurt the site. I highly recommend them!

This is a safe and reliable site. There is no spamming from what I can tell. The site has been referred to by news organizations (i.e. The Today Show). It is a paid service to help you rebuild your credit. There's nothing unethical, or inappropriate about that.
