Is smartfinancialfunding.com Safe?

Unethical spammers spamming website contact forms with unsolicited emails in violation of  the US CANSPAM Act anti-spam law advertising their so-called business loans.  Complaints about this website's illegal spamming activity and unlicensed loan offers filed with the Federal Trade Commission.  FYI, these spammers hide the WHOIS info on their domain registration No legitimate financial services company hides their company ownership info and no legitimate financial company hides its street address, location, and provides absolutely no contact info or info about their licensing or business registration so beware.

Advertised via comment spam. Domain name was registered one year ago, for a one-year term, and was recently renewed, again for only one year. Domain name was registered anonymously. I could find no indication of a physical address on the website, either. Would you provide your personal details to an organization that won't tell you anything about itself? Do you have any reason at all to think this is a legitimate business and not a scheme to steal your personal information? There is no way to know who is running this site or what they will do with your information. And there is little indication they care what their long term reputation is, given the short domain registration and the comment spamming. Think before you enter any personal information on the internet.
