Smiley-Generator is yet another website that claims to be helping their users, and offer services to said members with such ease and convenience, but what they and their members fail to see, is that such sites are only retarding the people who use it. Instead of going to such websites, can I offer going to Google and search “Gimp”, or how about using some of the cash, you’re supposedly saving by using such website and buying yourself Photoshop. Smilies aren’t that hard to do in a Photo and\or manipulation program.
