This site has almost no customer options available. I cannot reset my password, nor use the "Lost Password" workaround to reset it, either. Both options are not working.
The password change option gives an "Error 2-something went wrong" response.
(Yes, I'm using fewer than 12 characters, and none of the disallowed ones.)
The "Lost my Password" workaround gives no captcha to enter in the box to send the email link.
I've contacted support twice, and got no response. And their main customer feedback email for suggestions gives a "Delivery Status Failure" notice.

A safe downloading experience from a site which has a very well-organized listing of many free software programs. It's also good to note that anything which may include adware is noted before your download any files.

Yet another site that's piping the downloads through their own "installer" program. You don't download the program you think you're downloading, you download their "installer", which downloads the program and installs it for you. Sorry, I don't play this game. I don't trust any site that's wrapping the downloads like this. They could be installing anything. Thanks, but I'll download the program somewhere else from a direct link.
