Is sonicelectronix.com Safe?

Before we placed an order, I called their customer service and made sure the item was in stock as stated in their website. They said they did and it was coming from a site in California. I then placed an order via their web site. Since we did not get a shipping confirmation, I called them again. They informed us that the item was coming from the east coast, instead of California (we are in CA). We then requested it be shipped via 3-day air. They agreed to do so for an additional $15 and it was to be shipped next day. To our surprise, our order did not arrive as scheduled. It was not shipped until 2 days later than what they promised. When we requested the refund, they refused to do so with totally unrelated excuses. They finally agreed to do so, but we are yet to see credit go though our credit card account. I wouldn't do business with them in the future.

great prices, unreliable customer service. refund was promised to arrive within a week, just arrived today, a week and a half after the initial week was over so it took 2.5 weeks when it was promised in 1. Support stopped answering my questions and complaints completely. Customer support is good when its provided, but not usually provided
