This messages Isn't to say " stay away" I use it myself, except I am about to point out that there are more spammers than legitimate users. If my brother wasn't using it, I would wonder if it was any good. There are so many spammer account, that it makes me wonder if one person is using many. To top it off, many reported that the report system is useless.

SPAM = SCAM. spaces.live.com is being used by all kinds of spammers, scammers, phishers, and other abusers of the suckers that support them by purchasing from SPAM advertised sites.

Yes, this site does host a lot of spam, but Microsoft is quick to remove spam sub-domains.
Because of that, I think giving this site a bad rating is foolish.
