Although I have not a clue about privacy (I'm not signed up), I'm pretty sure there is no spyware. At least, my high security-setting on my spyware/virus/firewall could find it. It's probably Shockwave player trying to install. That's a normal plug-in for these games and I have it installed as basic plug-in. Therefore I won't agree with you...
