The upsells and cross-sell on this site are deceptive and go against the web norms for the sake of trying to get users to accidentally paid more. These are known blackhat practices being used wherever possible.

Very happy with the airline. Had a wonderful experience flying from LGA to DTW. Flight was on time which is really rare these days .

We traveled last year for the first time. We had no issues at all. We will be using their services in the future.

Fees raised sharply the last few years with no warning. This makes the $9 club now the $69 club. The value of belonging has disappeared. The only way to cancel seems to be by logging on to your account. Password lost. Password retrieval does not work. Could find no phone number to call. Finally wrote letter to customer service & billing centers. They will cancel account, but no refund of fees. Which they conveniently have raised precipitously with no warning. I smell a rat.
