Is square7.ch Safe?

Square7 offers very good hosting, but they are far not reliable. I've uploaded and set up a forum, that took me 2 hours, and a lot of work, and next day, they deactivated my account. I opened a new support ticket, and they told me I "hid my IP Address", even if I did not. So to anyone, its nice to try it out, it works for one day, but they will propably disable it for the other day.

square7.ch provides reasonable web hosting, but lately they have changed their terms of service (along with bplaced.net). This update forbids users to use any type of chat, shoutbox or browser game, not even non-resource-intensive, performance-friendly shoutboxes. I have seen some accounts getting deactivated without prior warning and in my opinion this is not the way one should treat their customers, not even when they do not directly pay you (though these terms are also apply to paid hosting plans). Furthermore, the administrators expect the customers to undertake impossible actions, such as editing their website (removing the chat/shoutbox) while they cannot access the data due to a deactivated account.
