I love stamps!

Unnecessary and a rip-off. You can print labels from the USPS site. If the USPS had a hand in this, more shame on them. I noticed those CD's to start home service are no longer available. Maybe they wised up. This is a fraudulent site. They sign you up without mentioning the $15.99 monthly fee no matter how much you use or don't use the service. Stay away from this site. Find another way to get stamps. Danger. Danger. Waste of money.

Charged a relative fees even though said relative signed up on accident! Company refuses to refund even though my relative never used the site at all to print postage or whatever else they offer! Overall, really bad. Not a cheap charge either. Overall, rotten customer service attitude by this company.

Total scam, get your stamps from the postal service.

Good site and OK as far as user friendly. The customer service line, however, is sometimes hard to get through to.

How is it that this site can get high scores when almost all the comments are negative? In any event, I will avoid this outfit because it is a sponsor of Rush Limbaugh's hate radio. Yes, that is a serious ethical issue.

Horrible service, won't let me delete my credit card information!

The business model of this company is to offer anything they can to get your credit card number, then make it exceptionally difficult to cancel your service. Avoid them.

These morons are sending me spam through the mail. I don't think I'm willing to trust that CD they sent me, and if I do run it, it'll be in a vm.

Basically a scam. Once you give them your credit card info, they will bill you $16 per month until you CALL to cancel. I got charged around $100 over the months for a service I never knew I had until fraud protection called me to ask about the charges.

1: Its a waste of money unless you ship frequently or have a home business. 2: If you go into support and try to cancel it says to call them and request to cancel. 3: Once you call they keep trying to make you stay with them by giving you offer after offer trying to keep you with them.

This company absolutely tries to make money sleazily by baiting people into giving their credit card or bank account info through deals with other products to get free or discounted things provided someone try a free trial of stamps.com - and then making it very difficult to cancel. I have no interest in their services and have never used them. I foolishly signed up for a trial of their service as a requirement for something else and gave them my checking account info, planning to cancel, but they made that basically impossible and continued to take money from my bank account until I finally closed the account to get them to stop taking more money from me. Not only is there no way to cancel online, but when I called to cancel I was put on hold for absurd amounts of time and when I finally reached a person, they said I needed some sort of member number that I couldn't find anywhere in order to cancel. I gave up on trying to cancel officially with them and just started ignoring their monthly statements. If something shows up on my credit report, I'll have to complain. I really have no idea whether there's any merit to the online stamp customization services they provide, but unless your very interested in their services, do NOT give them any of your credit card or bank account info. If you do want to pay for their services because you like them, be aware that they will make it very difficult for you to cancel and will continue to charge you each month in the meantime.

I had very bad experience with this company first i was just trying it for thirty days i made the mistake of giving them my credit card info they charged me and i wasn't a member for thirty minutes then i placed an order with them after placing the order i realized i was spending much more so i want to cancel and they told me i couldn't i would have to wait receive the order then put in for a refund and the wait 4-6 for refund check ink wasn't even dry on my order i tried to cancel immediately i will never do business with this company.

We were charged for orders long after they had been canceled and was told would not be charged. Had to dispute to get the money back. After using for several months and a lot of money... we were just going to switch back to the postal service only to find out we were going to have to order a scale because they had designed the "free gift" to only work with their system. Don't tell you that........ we just trashed it.

I ordered something from ***** several months ago. The order was never filled, though my card was billed. Later, the charge was refunded. But, then, a few months later, I started receiving bills from them for a service charge for a service that I did not sign up for, specifically because, even if I had, I would not have been able to use it. Luckily for me, the card they are trying to charge for this service was authorized for the one payment only, so I have not yet had to pay any actual money for it. Should they decide to collect on it, though, I believe the latest notification I received said I owe them 80 dollars. 80 dollars for a service I couldn't use if I tried, because the software needed to use it requires a different operating system than I use. They will not cancel the service via email, and I work, as a teacher, during the hours they permit for calling in to cancel it., so calling during those hours would be rather difficult The cancellation regulations and information are hidden on their help page under 'more options.' I believe that ***** is using sneaky tactics to get customers to unknowingly sign up for a monthly service fee when making one time purchases, and then making the service difficult to cancel. I found the site through a Facebook Application, which makes me wonder if I was automatically signed up for the service when I clicked on their ad. I can't think of any other way this could have happened, as I read everything on a page before committing to anything. I urge great caution when dealing with this site.
