Many of these websites seem to be part of a network of scams, which reflects badly on Stocktee. The website is selling items that possibly violate copyright laws. Though the website does contain a copyright disclaimer, it seems to be fake as it is dated 4 years before the website was created. Though Stocktee tries to give the impression that it is an American company, there is some reason to believe that it is actually a Vietnamese website. The Facebook page (now deleted) was being run from Vietnam and the PayPal accounts used by the website carry Vietnamese names. The Facebook page was also claimed by a company named ‘Alaskan Clean Seas’, which does not seem to have any relation to Stocktee. The address provided on Stocktee’s website seems to be fake and the phone number is a VoIP number that can be used from anywhere in the world. Though the email ID is real, several angry reviewers have alleged that Stocktee did not respond to their emails and also provides fake tracking numbers. The website itself contains some reviews, but these seem to be fake as the same reviews were found on another website. It is advisable to avoid shopping on Stocktee, as there are high chances of having a bad shopping experience.
