Is stopzilla.com Safe?

This software isn't really harmful, it actually detects adware sometimes, but is the adware itself. Scanned by Virustotal, no viruses, but is a scam and is fake. Again, not harmful. I recommend children do not go here, because they could just download it like a fool. So be careful.

I have a lifetime membership with STOPzilla for two computers and unlimited number of peripherals. Their product has helped me ALOT. Their customer service speaks English and is most professional. I have worked with one of their technicians, Juan, twice... and that has always been a most excellent experience. Their product works with my Bitdefender virus protection without a hitch. Their malware protection catches stuff that Bitdefender doesn't catch. When their system quarantines malware or cookies my system gets faster and back to proper operation. I TRUST this product... and the price is good Even Now (05-23-15).

STOPzilla! was actually a trusted Anti-Virus until one of the STOPzilla! member's said screw it, we want more money, lets make some fake warnings so they will buy the product. STOPzilla! thought it was a good idea, and then had the idea of changing it to a rogue. So stay out of the website and do NOT click anything. If you have STOPzilla!, immediately follow these steps. 1. Click the alt button on your keyboard 2. Under your picture, look for Control Panel 3. Under adjust your computer's settings there is "programs" 4. Under programs it says "Uninstall a program" 5. Click it 6. Don't rush, let it load fully. 7. Search for STOPzilla! or programs starting with S 8. If you found it, right click it, and click uninstall 9. Let it uninstall 10. Reboot your computer 11. You should not see STOP!zilla anymore. If this worked for you, you're welcome. And if you did not find STOP!zilla on the uninstall list, you must download this free good program called UVK (ultra virus killer) and install it, and then click Smart uninstall and you SHOULD find Stop!Zilla. And then click force uninstall.

i have been using stopzilla for years and their website so both are great. if youre downloading from a nonstopz site then u might be flooded with malware. this is a very professional company. stopz has been the best in virus catching and removal so i bought a lifetime license.

STOPzilla! Is a type of spyware that wants to scam you into buying STOPzilla! To protect your PC/Mac/Laptop/Computer. STOPzilla! also says STOPzilla can crush the CryptoLocker. But the truth is they just make the CryptoLocker Virus to check your private information. They also make fake rewards that its not a scam. they just use inspect elements in firefox and save it and make it as a website. They find a picture to make you pay it. And its SO risky that even an antivirus can't detect it. VirusTotal as well. UltraVirusKiller. Anyway, The AntiMalware program, On their page they say its better than MALWAREBYTES?!?! WHAT THE HELL STOPZILLA LIARS?! Malwarebytes is the #1 Best AntiMalware idots. This is an anti-virus/anti-malware company. This is a professional company and is suitable for kids, if they can purchase online. I have been using Stopzilla for years. I have three lifetime licenses with them and this software has never failed to find a virus, Trojan horse, spamware, or worm. The only thing I didn't use them for, was Level III technical service. I have a local guy, who charged half as much. I've read the comments by people using Microsoft's supposedly anti-virus software. Neither their Security Essentials or Defender are any good at all. Get rid of them, or in the case of Defender, deactivate it. The only reason Microsoft employees are dogging Stopzilla, is because they don't want anyone using a competitor. From using all the freeware in the past, I can be assured none of them do any better, than Stopzilla Free. Also, a Microsoft moderator stated Stopzilla wasn't an anti-virus software and couldn't be more incorrect. Two of the best Paid versions of anti-virus and anti-malware companies are Trend Micro and Stopzilla. DON'T BE FOOLED BY IGNORANCE. Confirm the studies and use someone, like CNET, to give you professional advice.

I have been using STOPzilla for years and have never had a problem. It stays up to date on the viruses and everything else out there that could harm my computer. There were a few trojans that tried to get into my computer that STOPzilla isolated and quarantined until I removed it. I trust my computer with it totally!
