Wer bestaunen will, wie groß die Wohnungsnot in Stuttgart ist, der muss sich hier mal umschauen. Was hier z.B. für 14qm-Wohnklos ohne Kochnische verlangt wird, ist schon schauerlich. Nur ein Beispiel von vielen: Zimmer in 3er WG 14 m² 400 € Kaltmiete mtl. 50 € Nebenkosten mtl. 450 € Kaution | 0 € Provision Ist das nun Wucher oder nicht? petnet schreibt hier allen Ernstes: "wenn man schnell ein günstige Wohnmöglichkeit sucht ist man da gut beraten" Geht's noch?
