Don't use their reorder check service if you've moved. It let's you put in different billing info but won't let you change your address. You have to call them. At no point during the reorder process does it state this. I got a confirmation of the order with literally no info. I emailed them on the 3rd and they responded on the 6th basically saying they couldn't do anything since the checks had been on the 6th to the address that I moved from. I call their customer service line and they said they could do nothing about it until they get the checks back. I asked to cancel my order and get a refund and the lady said they could not do it.she then proceeded to explain to me about how not being able was for security reasons. I said I understood that as I have a few bank accounts and understand the basic idea of security. I pointed out the flaw in their website being at no point does it mention this in the process. Nor does it mention we have to call to change anything. Almost all sites that allow returning customers to sign in also let those customers change info. I also pointed out I was able to change my billing info and that I used a new card. She argued I didn't which was a blatant lie since I was looking at my bank info that had my updated address and my debit card is 1 month old. Let's assume I didn't change my billing address. That would mean they took my payment with incorrect billing info. And on the matter of security, how secure is it now that I have checks with my personal info at a place I no longer live at. She started to yell and cut me off saying their was nothing they could do until the checks got returned. What guarantee is there that would even happen? She was speaking over me as I tried to explain how I didn't understand how this is my fault and why do I have to pay for a product I haven't received. At this point, I asked to speak to the manager. She triumphantly proclaimed, "with pleasure" and snickered. 10 minutes later she returned to inform me that they would be issuing a refund. Seriously how hard is it to understand the concept of CUSTOMER SERVICE?
