Our requests were met with rejection, demonstrating a lack of client-centricity on their part. Thirdly, the payment policy of Subbly does not include provisions for refunds. Consequently, we refrained from utilizing their services throughout the entire month, investing valuable time in correspondence with no positive outcome. Upon realizing Subbly's refusal to comply with legal obligations and accommodate our concerns, we made the decision to terminate our association with their services. Despite our unused subscription, Subbly declined our request for a refund. In conclusion, our experience with Subbly has been marred by unresponsiveness, and an inflexible payment policy.
