Semi scamming website. When offers work, well glad, you're in luck ! Lots of offers don't reward you though, and when you submit a ticket with the offer completed with date and time (for installing apps for smartphone) they reject tickets because "not enough proof". Videos reward fine and surveys, when you can complete them, if not, tickets can be accepted (as opposed to smartphone apps). DO NOT install any softwares from this website, these are all trojans, malwares, spywares (as opposed to what they say) or do it on a harddrive you don't care about. Support for customers very long to answer to problems of not awarded and otten don't understand your problem, confusing you away from asking your due anymore. So can be good website if you have all that in mind, be careful and it's fine.

Supersonic ads offer so called "social promotion" where companies can offer special offer to client in chance of virtual currency in social videogames. First problem is that "The Client" (the one who buy the special offer for the "virtual currency") is actually NOT existent offical support services as you can see in their main contact page: http://www.supersonicads.com/about-us/contact-us Which take into account only advertiser, publisher and developer. Their "so called" client support is done with a separate process through tickets with a widget address like http://www.supersonicads.com/delivery/panel.php?scope=xxx&page=1&applicationKey=xxxxxxxx&noDirectPayments=1&applicationUserId=xxxxxxx&applicationUserIdSignature=xxxx&maximumOfferCommission=100 Outside that link, you have no way to contact them. Now, about their "ticket support": often they take lot of time to reply (personal experience: 3 weeks for refusal and closing ticket), and usually is made through email address you can't reply (just to let you know they don't care) Their reasoning are lousy and unconcerned about their "client". The reply is blatantly auto-generated and asking for information which were already provided. I can't talk about their support trough the "contact us" website (since it's reserved for third party partner and not regular users). But I do suggest you to avoid anything from supersonic ads if it's delivered to you as "social currency" offer through third party website as widged, iframe and such.
