Firstly, I am an IT professional; this is not my first rodeo. This site has all of the hallmarks of a scam. The software is poorly described, the comments appear to be fake, and it links directly to incredible software. They make false claims, such as "Registry cleaners remove viruses" It makes uses of the following phrase which is often seen in credit scams, insurance fraud, etc. "Many people feel ripped off by not knowing this 1 simple trick…" as a way to bait the unaware into thinking that they are being let in on some secret. There is no secret to having a computer perform well, all you need to do is: 1.) Ensure the hardware is powerful enough for the applications you run 2.) Have a trusted professional assess for hardware faults. One very common reason for a computer being slow is a failing drive. 3.) Ensure you are running a reputable and effective antivirus suite to prevent viruses and malicious software from penetrating your system and slowing processes down. Before considering installation of any new software, ensure that you can verify its reputation from a trustworthy source. Look into professional and user reviews as well. TLDR; If you install the software from this site you will likely be the victim of a scam, identity theft, hacking/bot-nets, or fraud.

It is very, very far from free but they get round to that slowly. In the process they go through your hard disk and memory etc with a fine tooth comb and download them, or the meat thereof "for further checking in our facility" and God knows what they do with what they cull from that. It looks like scam, it smells like scam, it sounds like scam, and by Golly, it is........ There could be something hiding in there, too. Late fall and winter is a great time for viruses and infections!

A website that sends you to malware programs.

Saw an article of theirs on yahoo, so I figured it would be credible. Just to find my anti-virus blocking out potential malware from this site.

Following a sponsored link on Yahoo led me to a page on this site that claimed their softwares (note plural!) could turbo charge my pc. However, this was only available free before tomorrow's date (which is almost certainly set as tomorrow in the page, no matter what today is). From the nature of the site and what it is advertising, I would assume it's a scam and could potentially cost you a lot of money, plus result in your computer being hacked or effectively destroyed. I would therefore not trust them.

website may have been abandoned, then later hijacked

WARNING: It appears as if the website may be hijacked... There is a gap in posts on this website from ***** to 5/2015, indicating that the website may have been abandoned, then later hacked. Read below: This website appears to mislead users into obtaining suspicious (and possibly rogue/malicious) software tools that could potentially be unwanted on their computer (despite what their articles say). Additionally, this website directly links to (and consequently endorses) websites that already have Unsatisfactory/Poor WOT ratings. Here are the scorecards of two examples: ***** ***** (Their news articles also appear to have fake comments, as they are the exact same for each article.) Hope this helps.
