November 23, 2015 I have changed my rating as I would like to give this website another try. I will update my experience after I shop from this company. Purchased denim slipcovers and a knit recliner cover. Immediately called customer service and said did not like the denim covers but wanted my husband to look at them. He came home from work and said he did not like the denim slipcovers. That night I returned the denim slipcovers with tags attached, and all original wrappings to the Surefit shipping box. I called Surefit the next day and obtained return authorization. I also ordered a different style of slipcovers that same day. Surefit said they would send a postage paid label. The pre-paid label arrived and that day I returned the denim slipcovers by UPS. The new slipcovers arrived and were put on the furniture as we liked them. We waited for a refund to our charge card. Several weeks later, which was reasonable because it was before the next billing cycle, a partial refund was made. A refund for one unopened package. The refund for the chair and couch slipcovers was not made. I immediately contacted customer service and was told a full refund was not made due to pet hair on the denim slipcover. Mind you the slipcovers had only been on my furniture one day so hubby could see them when he returned from work. They were like new, unwashed, with original tags and packaging when they were shipped back to Surefit. The customer service representative said she would discuss the situation with her management. The rep did make a prompt return call and managed to get most of my money refunded. Surefit does charge a processing fee for returned merchandise. I paid the processing fee. Overall, I would probably not do business with Surefit again. I can purchase slipcovers from other companies, if needed. I will say their customer service rep did an outstanding job when trying to assist me. Surefit's return policy is less than desirable.
