Is swedbank.lv Safe?

I was a customer here for more than 10 years. It was no problem to receive a salary, make local payments, shop online, etc. until I started using my account less due to financial problems. I was charged every month for a debit card I didn't even use. The account is closed if it is not used regularly. Also, for transfers in the Euro zone, a fixed commission of €0.36 is charged, which is absurd nowadays. For all these reasons, I closed my account and no longer use the Swedbank service. A year later, an acquaintance accidentally made a transfer to my Swedbank account, which had been closed for more than a year, and the money was not returned for several days. And here began my real negative experience. On the homepage, I felt like 10 years ago, where the contacts are so limited, the "live" chat is only with the BOT function. You have to wait several days for an answer to e-mails, only to receive an answer when you have to go to the branch. When I called it was the same, put me on hold, only to be told with negativity that the money was "in the air" somewhere, and charged for the call. E-signature and other remote functions are not fully working, only for new customers.
