Is teavana.com Safe?

Terrible customer service. I was yelled at by a manager when I tried to return a broken tea tin. She went off on me about how I didn't understand how to use the lid. Later Teavana admitted that the citrus from some of their teas would cause the plastic to warp. I will never purchase from them again, also, their teas are over priced for the quality. Their teas are full of artificial flavorings as well, and have been found to have pesticides in them. (That's why I flagged Spam)

Replaced broken kettle after I complained. Tea kettle broke after two months of light use due to poor construction. At first, vendor would not replace it based on strict 30 day warranty policy. However, after I left a negative comment on their website's rating system, they contacted me and replaced the kettle. So far, so good with the new one.
