Waited well over the 1-3 shipping days quoted. Two weeks now and still waiting! Customer support are there and helpful, unfortunately The company just does not seem to be able to provide the service promised. Bottom line: I probably won't be shopping here again unless I get a satisfactory explanation. Too bad because the prices are good.

I delt with them and really had bad after sales service experience. I ordered a Disk Duplicator which was advertised on their website http://www.tech4u.com.au/capax-7-disc-sata-duplicator-9-bay-case-w-7-drive-sata-p86780.html?utm_source=myshopping&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=HDD+Accessories&utm_term=Capax+7+Disc+SATA+Duplicator+9+Bay+Case+w+7+Drive+SATA+Controll First thing is, the picture is completely different than original(I found later). Anyways I ordered the product on 1st Aug 10:51AM. I received an email at 5:31PM notifying that the item is Out-of-stock. And asked for three options to reply with. Wait, Change the order or cancel. So I replied at 10:35pm on the same day/night to cancel that order. Then on the next day, I've put another order through another reseller recommended by the main manufacturer(Capax). Well as I didn't receive any reponse from Tech4u regarding the cancellation, so resend another cancellation email on 5th Aug. Their online order status still not changed since 1st day. On 8th August I found its delivered even after the cancellation request but their site (till next day) didn't updated the status until I rang on 9th Aug and asked about why they didn't cancel the order and shipped the product. The after sales person was so rude n arrogant to answare my questions. Rather insisted it not their fault. He said as I did get any cancellation response from them it wasn't been cancelled. Anyways I received the same product from another reseller as I also ordered that hoping Tech4u had cancelled the order. I had to put return & refund request(on 11th Aug) through Tech4u site as the after sales service representative asked to do so. Still waiting for a status. I am with their online customer service rep chatting to ask about this. Initiated the chat request at 1:30pm. 1st responpose i got is at 1:51pm. At 2:39pm the rep. get back to me regarding the return & refund later, after a long investigation. Well I never had so bad experience even in eBay. Good luck and spread the words.
