Is tepilo.com Safe?

At least some of the properties listed on Rightmove appear to be 'bait' (heavily under priced listings) to get you to sign up to their website. Requests for further details are picked up by an automated system and the chat service on the web site is decidedly sub par for 3pm in the afternoon (not what I would expect to be a busy time). The address listed for them appears to be a fairly small building containing a LOT of companies all sharing the same post code, make of that what you will. When someone finally answered their automated chat on the very slick website, they immediately wanted me to call a number in Southend on Sea, (40 miles and well over an hours drive away), to arrange a viewing and took absolutely forever to respond to my request for a very simply piece of information I asked for (what floor is the flat on, apparently the vendor had never specified!). When pressed, and when I asked if the listing was genuine, pointing out that the asking price was well over £100,000 less than a similar property in the block had recently sold for, suddenly an offer had already been accepted (yet they had been trying to get me to arrange a viewing minutes before). At best this is all highly suspicious, at worst it looks suspiciously like sharp practice. To be fair other listings in other areas are far less 'generic' looking than the one that raised my suspicions.
