Is thedownloadplanet.com Safe?

I signed up @EiNET which is supported by thedownloadplanet.com...as a matter of fact thedownloadplanet.com supports all the streaming video offered by EiNET.....I applied for a trial account last Sunday, Dec. 18, 2011 to watch the advertised on Google Packers vs. Kansas City Chiefs for $4.95.....Quality was minimally acceptable but I could live with that. 2 days later I was charged $44.95 on my Debit Card. I was never told or alerted that I had to cancel my trial membership or even how to cancel ***** was a scam....after I complained Plimus(Primary Company?) said they would refund my $44.95 but it would take at least 60 days.??..If I left my money in my Debit card I would never see that $44.95 again....I canceled my Debit Card but it has a negative balance on it for a negative $44.95....why was it even entered on my card? I should have listened to my anti-virus that wouldn't allow me access in the first place to this ***** URL.......stay away from this dishonest web site!
